Duplicating a quotation is a time-saver. It is super easy to do in GrowLibro.

1. There are two ways to duplicate or make a copy of a Quotation in GrowLibro:

   • If you are viewing your Quotations list, you can click the arrow down button found on the left-end column of the list of a quotation item. A set of options will appear. Click on the Duplicate option.

     

2. The second way is to open a Quotation and click on the Actions button on the upper right side of your screen and then click on the Make a Copy option.

   

That's it. A duplicate of your quotation will be generated.

Note: A duplicate quotation will have the following:

1. Status is set to draft by default.
2. Comments, and audit trails from the source quotation will not be copied the new quotation.
