Open the Quotation page from a couple of different places within GrowLibro and create an impressive and easy-to-track quotation at lightning speed.

  1. There are three ways to create a Quotation in GrowLibro:

  2. In the New Quotation page, enter the required information and choose the settings that match your company’s requirements.

  3. Edit the default Quotation label to a preferred document title.

  4. Enter a brief description in the Add Description or leave this box blank.

  5. Quotation No. is auto-generated but editable. You are free to customize the quotation naming convention and GrowLibro will increment by one the last number in the sequence for every new quotation.

  6. Select your Client Name either from the pulled list or type in the Client Name. For new clients, click New Client.

  7. Select the Currency from the drop-down menu. By default, the currency displayed is the currency you have assigned for the client you are invoicing.

  8. Choose a Date for the quotation and its validity date (Quotation Valid Until).

  9. Make sure to fill in these required fields: Description, Quantity, Unit Price.

  10. To ensure accurate records, and speed up future transaction entries, don’t forget to add each item to your Product & Services list. Click on and designate the item as For Selling. Delete option will appear once you will have more than one item line.

  11. To add a new item line, press the New Line button and choose one of the following line types: Item, Expense or Mileage.

  12. For any additional notes or details, use the provided Quotation Note box.

  13. Click Save. There are three options upon saving your quotation: Save, Save & Send, and Save & Mark Sent.
